Chiretta Herb – Liquid Extract Tincture – Andrographis Paniculata

Andrographis,  Also known as “Indian Echinacea” or “Chiretta Herb” is a native to South Asian countries where the leaf and stem are used to make traditional herbal medicine. Andrographis is frequently used for preventing and treating the common cold and flu (influenza).

Andrographis is also said to act as a natural immune-booster.

In a recently published research paper, scientists analysed over 30 published clinical trials and confirmed that not only did andrographis appear to be beneficial for relieving symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infections when compared to other herbs, standard care, or a placebo it was also found to shorten the duration of coughs, sore throats, and sick days compared to standard care.
