MSM Powder Capsules

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a naturally occurring organosulphur compound. It is present in plants and in fresh raw foods in small amounts. It is used as a dietary supplement as it is very high in sulpur which is often lacking in the modern diet due to cooking and food processing. It may also be used externally and is found in skin creams.

Sulphur is known as a beauty mineral as it is a key building block for the amino acids essential in keratin and collagen production – key components of thick healthy hair, soft skin and strong nails. MSM may also help to build cartilage which is important for healthy joints and flexibility.

Capsule – vegetable cellulose.

Pure MSM powder with nothing else added.

Suggested use: start with 1 capsule twice daily and build up to 2-3 capsules twice daily. Drink plenty of water if detoxing.
